SSGG 2011 Vendor & Sponsor Registration
Vendors, this is a great chance for you to market your businesses! You can participate even if you are
unable to attend the Sweet Sugar Gliders
Gathering. We have a few different options which get you advertising space and/or vending
space. This is much different from last year, so please read below for more details.
Non-vendors can sponsor SSGG as well. Sponsorship dollars will be used to help fund the event, prizes, and
toy-making supplies for Toy Time. More sponsors = more fun and free goodies for everyone at the event.
We will also accept donations for prizes and raffle drawings.
Vendors
If you represent a non-profit organization and would like a FREE 50-word text advertisement on our event website, as well as a FREE vendor table, please email us with your
information.

Here is a description of the different levels of sponsorship:

Additional Information
- We hope to have lots of people attending our event who are new to sugar gliders. This is a great
opportunity for you to get some exposure.
- You do not have to be attending the SSGG event
to sponsor the event.
- Your company does not have to be sugar glider specific in order for you to sponsor our event and get an
advertisement on our website.
- You do not have to have a business in order to sponsor the SSGG event (although this is a great advertising
opportunity if you do). Other examples might include a memorial to a loved one (human or pet) or a thanks
to someone in the glider community who has been of help to you.
- You are responsible for creating your own memorial/dedication/advertisement/banner and emailing it to
us. Please have the file to us by October 1st.
- If you represent a non-profit organization and would like a FREE 50-word text advertisement on our
event website, as well as a FREE vendor table, please email us
with your information.
- If you are planning to have a vending or exhibit table at this event and your products/focus is not sugar
glider specific, please contact us first for permission to
vend. You do not have to have sugar products in order to vend. All items must be
family-friendly.
- Please send us a list of products you intend to vend and any propaganda you are wanting to pass out, so we
can approve them. We are not going to be very strict about what you can and cannot sell or promote.
However, we would like everything to be safe. We also will not allow selling of animals during vending
time. If you have pre-screened a buyer & pre-arranged a sale prior to the event, that is fine.
- You are responsible for making sure that your items are safe for their intended use. We have the
right to refuse sale of any product we believe to be unsafe or inappropriate, however it is not our
responsibility to police every item that you sell. Sweet Sugar Gliders will not be held liable for any
issues someone may have with products that you sell at this event. We expect you to take care of any
customer complaints, questions, etc.
- We have the right to refuse any sponsor or vendor at our own discretion. If we choose to decline your
sponsor/vendor registration, a refund will be issued to you.
- All sponsors may send us a stack of business cards to have available at the event, for people to pick
up.

Prizes and Raffles
This is not required, but we would like to encourage all of our vendors to donate a gift or gifts to use as
prizes and raffle drawings. Please contact us to find out
where to send your donated items. Donations can be big or small. Please attach your company
information, so we can tell everyone where the gifts came from. Prize and raffle donations received by
October 1st will be posted on our website. If you prefer to bring your donation with you, please contact us to let us know what you will be bringing.
