SSGG 2010 Vendor & Sponsor Registration
Vendors, this is a great chance for you to market your businesses! You can participate even if you are
unable to attend the Sweet Sugar Gliders
Gathering. We have several different levels of what we call "sponsorship", which get you advertising
space and vending space.
Non-vendors can sponsor SSGG as well. Sponsorship dollars will be used to help fund the event, prizes,
goody bags, and toy-making supplies for Toy Time. More sponsors = more fun and free goodies for everyone at
the event. We will also accept donations for prizes and raffle drawings.
Here is a description of the different levels of sponsorship:

$10 - Level 1
- 50-word (text-only) dedication, memorial, or advertisement in event handout and on our event website (please put the text of your ad in your order
comments upon checkout)

$20 - Level 2
- One exhibition/vendor table at the event (no advertising)

$30 - Level 3
- 50-word (text-only) dedication, memorial, or advertisement in event handout and on our event website (please put the text of your ad in your order
comments upon checkout)
- One exhibition/vendor table at the event

$50 - Level 4
- 50-word (text-only) dedication, memorial, or advertisement in event handout and on our event website (please put the text of your ad in your order
comments upon checkout)
- Advertisement banner on our event website (480W x 60H)
- 1/2-page advertisement in event handout (approx. 7.5"W x 5"H)
- One exhibition/vendor table at the event
- 1/2 page (PowerPoint page) advertisement to be displayed on the projector during lunch at the
event. We will rotate through our level 4 & 5 sponsor ads during our lunch break and possibly
other breaks as well.

$80 (not vending at event) or $100 (vending) - Level 5
- 50-word (text-only) dedication, memorial, or advertisement in event handout and on our event website (please put the text of your ad in your order
comments upon checkout)
- Advertisement banner on our event website (480W x 60H)
- 1 full-page advertisement in event handout (approx. 7.5"W x 10"H)
- Two exhibition/vendor tables at the event
- 1 full (PowerPoint page) advertisement to be displayed on the projector during lunch at the
event. We will rotate through our level 4 & 5 sponsor ads during our lunch break and possibly
other breaks as well.
- Sugar glider-related companies at this level get 5 minutes during the event to speak to our group
about who you are, what you do, and showcase your products & happenings.
Additional Information
- We hope to have lots of people attending our event who are new to sugar gliders. This is a great
opportunity for you to get some exposure.
- You do not have to be attending the SSGG event
to sponsor the event.
- Your company does not have to be sugar glider specific in order for you to sponsor our event and get an
advertisement in our handouts.
- You do not have to have a business in order to sponsor the SSGG event (although this is a great advertising
opportunity if you do). Other examples might include a memorial to a loved one (human or pet) or a thanks
to someone in the glider community who has been of help to you.
- You are responsible for creating your own memorial/dedication/advertisement/banner and emailing it to
us. Please have the file to us by September 31st.
- If you represent non-profit organization and would like a FREE 50-word text advertisement in our event
handout, as well as a FREE vendor table, please email us with your information.
- We have the right to refuse sponsorship at our own discretion. If we choose to decline your
sponsorship, a refund will be issued to you.
- If you are planning to have a vending or exhibit table at this event and your products/focus is not sugar
glider specific, please contact us first for permission to
vend.
- Please send us a list of products you intend to vend and any propaganda you are wanting to pass out, so we
can approve them. We are not going to be very strict about what you can and cannot sell or promote.
However, we would like everything to be safe and somewhat glider related. We also will not allow selling
of animals during vending time. If you have pre-screened a buyer & pre-arranged a sale prior to the
event, that is fine.
- You are responsible for making sure that your items are safe for their intended use. We have the
right to refuse sale of any product we believe to be unsafe or inappropriate, however it is not our
responsibility to police every item that you sell. Sweet Sugar Gliders will not be held liable for any
issues someone may have with products that you sell at this event. We expect you to take care of any
customer complaints, questions, etc.
- We have the right to refuse any sponsor or vendor at our own discretion. If we choose to decline your
sponsor/vendor registration, a refund will be issued to you.
You can sponsor the event and/or sign up to be a vendor on this page.
Prizes and Raffles
This is not required, but we would like to encourage all of our vendors to donate a gift or gifts to use as
prizes and raffle drawings. Please contact us to find out
where to send your donated items. Donations can be big or small. Please attach your company
information, so we can tell everyone where the gifts came from. Prize and raffle donations received by
September 15th will be posted on our website. If you prefer to bring your donation with you, please
contact us to let us know what you will be bringing.
We would also like to encourage each vendor to bring one gift basket for a drawing to be held during vending
time. This will encourage all attendees to stop by your vending table, to see if they won and check out
your products.
