Rates and Booking

Group rates:
$80/night + 12% tax - standard room (2 queen or 1 king bed)
$95/night + 12% tax - 2-room suite with fridge & microwave

Group rates are good for 3 days before & after the event. Unreserved rooms in our block will be dropped off on September 15th, 2010, so be sure to book early if you want to guarantee yourself a room. After that, they will still honor the group rate & book you if they have availability.

Additional Info

This hotel does not usually allow pets but is making an exception for our event. We will be allowed to bring small caged animals (gliders, hedgehogs, etc). I have explained that people do like to carry their gliders around on their bodies and that is ok, but they do not allow free-roaming animals like dogs & cats. There will be no pet deposit fee (YAY!), but everyone bringing pets will need to have a credit card on file to cover any potential damages. So please feel free to bring your gliders (and other small animals), but let's clean up after ourselves well, so they'll have us back again next year.
